Our vertical turning lathes are synonymous with the highest levels of precision, stability and flexibility in heavy-duty machining. With the VERTIMAXX and MINIMAXX series, we offer modular solutions for turning, drilling, milling and grinding complex workpieces – tailored to your specific requirements.
The machines are designed as robust single-column structures and feature polymer concrete-filled column and crossbeam elements for optimum damping and temperature stability. Preloaded roller bearings in the faceplate, direct drives with reduction gearboxes, and high-precision guidance and measuring systems ensure maximum accuracy – with a concentricity of up to 0.005 mm.
Thanks to a modular design, customisable enclosures, and bespoke chip removal and coolant solutions, we create tailor-made machining centres “Made in Germany” – developed and manufactured in our own factory.

MINIMAXX
The MINIMAXX is the compact solution for vertical turning. It is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized workpieces, yet offers the full range of functions of a modern turning, drilling and milling centre.
With faceplate diameters from 1,000 mm, powerful direct drives and precise roller guides, it enables cost-effective machining with high process reliability. Thanks to its modular design, the machine can be customised – for example, with a tool magazine, driven tools or special solutions for specific workpiece requirements.
The MINIMAXX is ideal for companies seeking maximum flexibility in a compact footprint.

VERTIMAXX 2000
The VERTIMAXX 2000 covers the mid-range performance segment of the series and offers generous working areas combined with high stability. With faceplate diameters of up to 2,000 mm, workpiece weights of up to 10,000 kg and powerful main drives, it is designed for demanding machining tasks.
The height-adjustable crossbeam with direct measurement data transmission and the solid square ram with hardened guides ensure precise and low-vibration machining. High-precision ball screws with integrated measuring systems enable exact positioning in all axes.
The vertical turning centre is designed as a single-column machine and features a torsion-resistant construction.
Further features include the compact footprint (approx. 4 x 6 m) and optionally driven tools. We supply enclosures to customer specifications.
Tool magazines with 12–18 positions and optional chain magazines extend the range of applications to include complete machining in a single set-up.

VERTIMAXX 2500
The VERTIMAXX 2500 is a high-performance vertical turning centre designed for demanding medium to large components. With faceplate diameters of up to 2,500 mm, large turning diameters and workpiece weights of up to 12,000 kg, it is ideally suited for precise and cost-effective heavy-duty machining.
The robust single-column design, featuring a column and crossbeam filled with polymer concrete, ensures high damping and thermal stability. A powerful direct drive for the faceplate, solid guides and high-precision measuring systems guarantee maximum accuracy and process reliability.
Thanks to optional tool magazines and driven tools, the VERTIMAXX 2500 can be expanded into a flexible turning, drilling and milling centre – individually tailored to your production requirements.

VERTIMAXX 3000
The VERTIMAXX 3000 is designed for heavy-duty machining of large workpieces. With faceplate diameters of up to 3,000 mm, workpiece weights of up to 18,000 kg and a maximum torque of up to 45,000 Nm, it offers enormous power reserves. The robust construction, featuring a machine bed filled with polymer-reinforced concrete, guarantees excellent vibration-damping properties. The faceplate’s direct drive ensures powerful, smooth power transmission. Large ram cross-sections and solid guides guarantee maximum rigidity – even during heavy-duty cutting operations. Extensive magazine solutions with up to 120 tool positions are available as an option. This makes the VERTIMAXX 3000 a universal multi-task machining centre for large and complex workpieces.
