Konrad Seidler Maschinenbau-Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH, based in Neuss, is an experienced partner in machine tool manufacturing and industrial metalworking. The company combines many years of experience in mechanical engineering with modern manufacturing technology, offering both its own machine solutions and precision contract manufacturing for industrial applications.
A key focus lies in the construction of CNC vertical turning centres from the MINIMAXX and VERTIMAXX series, which are designed for machining large and heavy workpieces. In addition, the company offers services such as retrofitting, repair and modernisation of machine tools to technically upgrade existing systems and extend their service life.
Equally important is the area of contract machining and contract manufacturing. Using its own machinery, the company manufactures components from various materials such as aluminium, cast iron or stainless steel – from individual parts to medium batch sizes, to drawing or sample.
Through the combination of mechanical engineering and practical manufacturing experience, the company offers its customers both high-performance machine tools and precise manufacturing solutions from a single source.

One of our areas of expertise is the manufacture, repair and retrofitting of traditional CNC-controlled vertical turning lathes.
Our product range, marketed under the registered name VERTIMAXX, currently comprises four different models.
VERTIMAXX 2000 / 2500 / 3000 and MINIMAXX
Faceplate diameter from 1400 to 3000 mm
Workpiece height variable from 1200 to 2500 mm
Thanks to the modular design of the machine tools we manufacture, we are able to offer a very wide range of products. These universal turning, drilling, milling and grinding centres are currently equipped with up to 6 axes.
Contract manufacturing / Contract machining
We also offer contract machining and the manufacture of individual parts and medium-sized batches based on samples or drawings.
Our experience covers various materials such as aluminium, grey and red cast iron, all types of steel, stainless steel and Stellite. Through partner companies, we can carry out material treatments (tempering, hardening, annealing) and surface treatments (nitriding, galvanising, chrome plating, etc.).
Component manufacturing, overhauls and repairs are possible thanks to our many years of experience in mechanical engineering. Continuous quality assurance processes ensure high standards. Our machinery comprises both state-of-the-art and conventional machines for milling, grinding, sheet metal working, sawing and welding.
